Clark: Same Again Saturday

Manager Lee Clark has said his team are disappointed to not get all three points but there were plenty of positives to take from the game.

Birmingham drew 2-2 with Ipswich after leading in the game twice. Both teams had periods where they will argue they could have won it but Blues ultimately had the opportunity to take all three points.

Clark was disappointed on behalf of his players after losing a goal so late on in the game.

He said he would of liked to of stopped the cross if he was being hypercritical of the goal conceded in the first half.

The boss also felt the Blues should of had a penalty when Paul Caddis taken down in the box.

If the players can give him the same sort of performance on Saturday then he will be happy, said Clark.

Glad we stuck with him. Top, top manager who is now getting the players to work for it.
