Man of the Match: Gray

Man of the Match: Gray

Demarai Man has been named the Vital Man of the Match for Wigan v Birmingham.

Birmingham were well beaten by Wigan in a 4-0 drumming at the hands of the Latics.

Here is the vote in full:

Darren Randolph 3%
Jonathan Spector 7%
David Edgar 15%
Grant Hall 0%
Paul Robinson 0%
Paul Caddis 7%
David Davis 0%
Stephen Gleeson 0%
David Cotterill 0%
Lee Novak 7%
Wes Thomas 45' 0%
Demarai Gray 69' 23%
Mark Duffy 45' 15%
Clayton Donaldson 23%
Gray Wins as he played less minutes and received the same amount of votes as Donaldson.

Editor's choice: Paul Caddis

I personally don't think anyone deserves a man of the match award after so many of the team were so poor.

However, Caddis was solid and I found his performance the most acceptable.

Back off Harry ;) I do too.. Lifted our performance. I saw the game live and he was immense from when he came on.

Still didn't really do much ... or did the rest of the team, as we ended without a goal.

True but him and Duffy were the only ones who looked like scoring. No coincidence that we played better when he came on....

Granted it showed an improvement. The game didn't change though, they scored again haha - Lets hope it is an isolated game for all of our sake

Chris, your pre-season optimism seems to have faded ;) haha! For a lad to get man of the MATCH after only playing 20 mins shows how good he was.. And how poor the team was!
