Birmingham City fans have every reason to be pinching themselves this season, Gary Rowett has completely changed the feeling around the place.

Not only that he is probably a big reason why so many interested parties are trying to get a bid on the table for Birmingham.

We've gone from one or two bids to seven and that is hugely down to the turn around in fortunes. Bidders can see what a competent manager they're getting within the acquisition price.

But let us not forget just how far we have come - today of all days when the team travel back up to Bolton almost exactly a year on.

Lee Clark, a man that put his heart and sole into the job gave us one huge moment in the clubs history. Something that encapsulates the fans passion and drive to will their team through tough games.

I'm of course talking about the relegation escape, something that although happened for all the wrong reasons will live on in the memory of many.
